He is a certified leadership coach and facilitator, and has had the privilege of working with local and international policies teams such as BRICS and other state-led development initiatives.
His work and experiences come from years of technical and the design expertise in Ethics and Governance including integration into responsible AI and sustainable AI Governance. From Prompt Engineering to the design of Governance Automation systems, GT helps organisations ensure that their sovereign data is transformed into machine-readable formats while prioritizing transparency and accountability.
With his passion for social justice, advocacy and community development, GT brings that strategic oversight required for all of these technologies to remain aligned, transparent and accountable.
Praveen Naidoo
Ethics & Governance Expert
Overseeing the alignment of analytical filters with global ethical standards and human-centric governance codes.
Praveen is a seasoned governance and ethics professional with over 20 years of experience in oversight governance, ethics management and anti-corruption strategy, in both the public and private sectors across Africa. He has led key institutional reforms, including the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Ethics Management Infrastructure and the Tanzanian Revenue Authority’s Anti-Corruption Programme.
He has served as an Ethics Advisor to the UNODC’s ARINSA Programme and spent over a decade heading up the Integrity Management Unit at the NPA, overseeing fraud and corruption investigations, compliance and ethics management and advocacy, and is the former Chair of the Office of Ethics and Accountability in the Justice Cluster in South Africa. Praveen currently serves as a Non-Executive Board Member of the SIU, and is also working on a new blueprint for AI Ethics and Data Governance for the African Continent.
